JusticeWeb is your link to online justice. Through JusticeWeb's e-discovery feature, you can sign in to a secure account and download e-discovery all with just a few clicks of the mouse. Home Welcome to JusticeWeb Welcome to your link to online justice. JusticeWeb has been developed to give you a secure and convenient gateway to the Butler County Prosecutor's Office. Many of JusticeWeb's most powerful features can only be accessed with a JusticeWeb account. To create an account, follow the steps below: Click the Request Account button. Complete the fields in the Account Request form. Click the Submit button. In order for a new account to be approved, we must have the following: - A copy of your Notice of Appearance on behalf of your client - An open case with our office Please be sure to send a copy of your "Notice of Appearance" to our office when you file it with the court. Notices can be emailed to our office at prosecutor@butlercountyohio.org After your Account Request has been submitted and approved, an email will be sent to you confirming your account. Sign in to JusticeWeb by entering the sign-in credentials you provided. Once you are signed in to JusticeWeb, you will have access to view all of your active cases and download e-discovery if it is available.
